Red Apple Dark Balsamic Quinoa Salad
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 cups roasted butternut squash, cubed
- 1/2 diced red onion
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Red Apple Dark Balsamic
- 1/2 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Serve immediately, or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
