Red Apple Dark Balsamic Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa 
  • 2 cups roasted butternut squash, cubed
  • 1/2 diced red onion
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Red Apple Dark Balsamic
  • 1/2 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. 
  2. Serve immediately, or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
