Protein Packed Creamy Dilly Tuna Salad
- 1 can water packed tuna, flaked
- 1 green onion, sliced thinly
- ¼ cucumber, diced small
- ½ red bell pepper, diced small
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Dill Olive Oil
- salt and pepper
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well.
- Serve with crackers, in a wrap, or top of leafy greens or as a base for a tuna melt!
