Protein Packed Creamy Dilly Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can water packed tuna, flaked
  • 1 green onion, sliced thinly
  • ¼ cucumber, diced small
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced small
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Dill Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well.
  2. Serve with crackers, in a wrap, or top of leafy greens or as a base for a tuna melt!
