Pink Grapefruit Green Salad with Radishes


  • A large bunch of mixed greens (arugula, mixed lettuce, micro greens, baby spinach, baby arugula, etc)
  • ¼ Red onion, sliced thinly
  • 3-4 radishes, halved and then sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Pink Grapefruit Balsamic
  • ¼ cup of your favourite light intensity Single Estate Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Toss the greens and the red onion in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl whisk the Pink Grapefruit White Balsamic with the Single Estate Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing on to the mixed greens, saving a little bit for an extra drizzle on top. Toss the greens and onion to coat.
  4. Arrange the radishes on top and then drizzle with the leftover dressing. Serve.
