Neapolitan Herb Cold Rice Salad
- 2 Cups cooked rice
- 2 Shredded carrots
- 2 Sliced green onions
- 2 Sliced Celery Stalk
- A bunch of chopped flat leaf parsley
- ¼ Cup Neopolitan Herb Dark Balsamic
- ¼ Cup of your favourite Single Estate Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Place rice, shredded carrots, green onions, celery stalk and chopped leaf parsley. Mix well.
- In a small bowl whisk together Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic and Single Estate Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing on salad, and toss together.
