Honey Ginger and Sesame Veggie Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup cooked rice noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
  • ¼ Cup Honey Ginger White Balsamic
  • 1 crushed garlic clove

 

Instructions:

  1. Make noodles with the zucchini, carrot, and cucumber with a peeler or a spiralizer. 
  2. Place in large bowl.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and toss well. Great make ahead lunch idea!
