Honey Ginger and Sesame Veggie Noodle Salad
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 cup cooked rice noodles
- 2 Tbsp. Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
- ¼ Cup Honey Ginger White Balsamic
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Make noodles with the zucchini, carrot, and cucumber with a peeler or a spiralizer.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients and toss well. Great make ahead lunch idea!
