Honey Ginger Sesame Roasted Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ¼ cup of your favourite single estate olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, whole
  • salt and pepper
  • micro greens
  • ¼ cup Honey Ginger White Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2.  Place the cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl and drizzle it with the Single Estate Olive Oil and toss well.
  3. Add salt and pepper and place on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown.
  4.  Set aside and let cool.
  5.  Place the cauliflower in a large bowl. In a small bowl mash the garlic cloves, then add the Sesame Oil, Honey Ginger White Balsamic, salt and pepper, and then whisk together.
  6.  Add to the cauliflower and toss well along with the microgreens.
