Honey Ginger Sesame Roasted Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- ¼ cup of your favourite single estate olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, whole
- salt and pepper
- micro greens
- ¼ cup Honey Ginger White Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl and drizzle it with the Single Estate Olive Oil and toss well.
- Add salt and pepper and place on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown.
- Set aside and let cool.
- Place the cauliflower in a large bowl. In a small bowl mash the garlic cloves, then add the Sesame Oil, Honey Ginger White Balsamic, salt and pepper, and then whisk together.
- Add to the cauliflower and toss well along with the microgreens.
