Basil and Fig Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Brussel sprouts , washed and cut in half
- 2 Tbsp Basil Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Fig Dark Balsamic
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Air Fryer: Place Brussel sprouts in a bowl and add rest of ingredients. Toss to coat. Place in air fryer basket and “fry” at 400 degrees F for 10- 15 minutes until desired consistency.
Oven: Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F. Place Brussel sprouts in a bowl and add rest of ingredients. Toss to coat. Place on baking sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, until they begin to caramelize, flipping half way through.
Serve warm as a side dish or cold in a salad (add cranberries, goat cheese and dress with additional Basil Olive Oil and Fig Dark Balsamic, or for a savoury option, add cooked bacon, Garlic Olive Oil and additional Fig Balsamic.)
