Balsamic Marinated Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 cups or so cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 garlic cloves, minced finely
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup capers, drained
- 1 large bunch basil, chopped
- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup 18-Year Old Traditional Balsamic
- ¼ cup robust Olive Oil
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Store in airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
- Use as a topper for grilled chicken, crusty bread, or a fresh green lettuce salad.
