Tex Mex Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 bunch fresh chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup Dark Espresso Balsamic
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Chipotle Olive Oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together until all ingredients are incorporated but do not overmix! (mixture will be tough if over mixed!)
- Form 4-5 patties and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Grill on the barbecue until cooked through.
- Top your burgers with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and sliced avocado
