Lemon, Arugula and Prosciutto Flat Bread

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough, rolled out thinly
  • Lemon Olive Oil
  • ½ - 1 Thinly sliced tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • A bunch fresh arugula
  • 1 Fresh burrata ball (or fresh mozzarella)
  • 4-6 Slices prosciutto, thinly sliced, and cut in half
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees C.
  2. Place rolled out dough on an oven safe baking sheet or stone. Brush dough with Lemon Olive Oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and arrange tomato slices on top so that the tomatoes are not over lapping.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the edges of the flat bread begin to brown. Set aside to cool for a few minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the arugula with a light drizzle of Lemon Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Top the flat bread with the arugula, and then arrange the prosciutto slices and the burrata on top of the arugula.

Option: Drizzle with dark Fig Balsamic.
