Lemony Veggie Casserole
- 2 tbsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Sauté all veggies in the oil until softened
- Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
- Transfer to a casserole dish and toss with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic and top with cheeses.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
