Creamy Mushroom and Sage Pasta


1 lb. Pasta
¼ Cup Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
½ White onion, chopped
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 minced garlic clove
2 Tbsp Sherry Wine Vinegar
1 Cup cream
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese



    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add onion and mushrooms and cook 3-5 minutes.
    3. Add garlic and Sherry vinegar and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Add the cream, salt and pepper. Toss with cooked pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
