Egg Topped Avocado Toast with Olive Oil
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of toast
- 1/4 - 1/2 avocado
- 1 egg cooked to your liking
- 1 tbsp of your favourite olive oil (i.e., Tuscan Herb, Milanese Gremolata, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, etc...)
- Salt & pepper
- Optional toppings: feta cheese or sliced/diced tomatoes
Instructions:
- Cook the egg to your liking
- Toast a slice of bread
- While waiting for your egg and toast, slice the avocado and any other additional toppings
- Place the sliced avocado on the toast and add the egg on top. Drizzle the olive oil of your choosing and top with salt & pepper.
