Arbequina (Spain): Polyphenol 179: Gold Medal New York International Olive Oil Competition

This is one of the best Arbequinas ever! The aroma is floral and there are notes of ripe tropical fruits and berries. The flavour is quite herbaceous with green apple, mint, cinnamon, and black pepper. This oil has a nice kick of pungency and is the perfect balance of medium bitterness to compliment the fruitiness.
