Milanese Ricotta Dip
  • 1 Cup ricotta
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced finely
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 Cup Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil (divided)
  • salt and pepper
  1. In a bowl mix the ricotta, parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and half of the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil. Place the dip in a serving bowl and then top with the rest of the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with veggies and/or baguette slices.
