Milanese Ricotta Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup ricotta
- 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
- 1 Garlic clove, minced finely
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 Cup Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil (divided)
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl mix the ricotta, parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and half of the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil. Place the dip in a serving bowl and then top with the rest of the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and salt and pepper.
- Serve with veggies and/or baguette slices.
