Aged Sherry Vinegar


This bright acidic Spanish vinegar is perfect in classic vinegrettes and in sauces for meats and vegetables. Beautiful in summer classics like green gazpacho, but equally delicious over roasted greens, carrots, sweet potato and squash. Use in soups for a tart kick.
