Springtime Strawberry Insalata Caprese
- 1 cup bocconcini cheese
- 1 pint strawberries (halved)
- 2 tbsp. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Basil Infused Olive Oil
- 10-15 fresh basil leaves
- Maldon Sea Salt and Pepper
- In a large bowl, toss cheese and strawberries.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic.
- Top with basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
