Dill Caesar Dressing

  • 1-2 Cloves garlic
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 lemons - zest & juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Wild Fern Leaf Dill Olive Oil 
  • sea salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste


  1. In a bender (or a container if using a stick blender), add all ingredients, except the oil;
  2. Blend until smooth;
  3. While blending, drizzle the oil to combine;
  4. Suggest making it at least 30 minutes before using to allow the flavours to come together more... cover and refrigerate;
  5. Stir before using and dress your favourite greens.
