Dill Caesar Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Cloves garlic
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 lemons - zest & juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Wild Fern Leaf Dill Olive Oil
- sea salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bender (or a container if using a stick blender), add all ingredients, except the oil;
- Blend until smooth;
- While blending, drizzle the oil to combine;
- Suggest making it at least 30 minutes before using to allow the flavours to come together more... cover and refrigerate;
- Stir before using and dress your favourite greens.
