Red Apple Roasted Squash
- 1 medium or large butternut squash, cubed
- ¼ cup Red Apple Dark Balsamic
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl combine the cubed squash with the red apple balsamic, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt and pepper. Toss well.
- Transfer to a large baking sheet. Roast for 20-30 minutes, flipping half way through, until squash is soft and caramelized.
Serve as a side or as part of a salad.
