Red Apple Roasted Squash
  • 1 medium or large butternut squash, cubed
  • ¼ cup Red Apple Dark Balsamic
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.  In a large bowl combine the cubed squash with the red apple balsamic, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt and pepper. Toss well. 
  2. Transfer to a large baking sheet. Roast for 20-30 minutes, flipping half way through, until squash is soft and caramelized. 

Serve as a side or as part of a salad.
