Maple Balsamic Salmon
- 2 (5 oz) salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Maple Balsamic
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix ingredients in bowl.
- Line baking sheet with parchment and place salmon skin side down.
- Brush mixture over salmon and bake for 5 minutes.
- Brush salmon again with mixture and bake for 5-10 more minutes.
