Chocolate Balsamic Glazed Orange Brownies



  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa powder.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Blood Orange Olive Oil, eggs and 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Balsamic. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. While brownies are baking take the remainder of the Dark Chocolate Balsamic and reduce in a small pan on low heat for a few minutes until thick. 
  6. With a Pastry brush, glaze the brownies and then cut into bars. Use any additional glaze to drizzle over brownies before serving.
