Authentic Olive Oil
The Unrefined Olive is Ottawa's first Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar tasting bar. You can sample 50 fresh premium olive oils from up to 7 countries in the northern and southern hemisphere. All balsamic vinegars are aged minimum 12 years and are from Modena Italy. Sample fig, cranberry pear, pomegranate, or dark chocolate. There are flavour fused olive oils where the olives are crushed with blood oranges, limes, and eureka lemons. Flavour fused olive oils include mushroom sage, Tuscan herb, basil, garlic, and hot chili olive oils. Come try what we have to offer, and we fill the bottle for you on site.
