Mediterranean Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
- 24 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. capers
- 1 tbsp. fresh oregano - chopped
- Rinse and dry tomatoes - slice small sliver off bottom of each so that they sit flat.
- Core each one to create a hole on top/centre.
- In a bowl, mix all other ingredients until smooth and well blended.
- Finally, spoon or pipe mixture into centre of each tomato. Enjoy!
