Basil Lemon Caprese Salad


  • 1 Container of Bocconcini balls
  • 1 Small container grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Basil Olive Oil
  • Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic



  1. Slice bocconcini into three's and arrange on a platter and then sprinkle with salt and pepper
  2. Arrange tomatoes on top of bocconcini slices, and then sprinkle with more salt
  3. Top with fresh basil
  4. Drizzle with Basil Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
