Red Cayenne White Bean Dip


  • 1 can white cannellini beans
  • juice and zest from 1 lime or lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped plus more for top
  • 1 small bunch of purple baby basil for top (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Red Cayenne Olive Oil plus more to drizzle


  1. In a food processor place all ingredients and pulse until a dip consistency is achieved.
  2. Place in a serving bowl and drizzle with additional Red Cayenne Olive Oil and chopped cilantro.
