Red Cayenne White Bean Dip
- 1 can white cannellini beans
- juice and zest from 1 lime or lemon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped plus more for top
- 1 small bunch of purple baby basil for top (optional)
- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Red Cayenne Olive Oil plus more to drizzle
- In a food processor place all ingredients and pulse until a dip consistency is achieved.
- Place in a serving bowl and drizzle with additional Red Cayenne Olive Oil and chopped cilantro.
