Our partner mill in Vetralla Viterbo (75 m north of Rome) is producing some amazing olive oil this year. Although they are not back to 100% production, we are expecting a strong year in terms of quality.

It begins with a buttery mouthfeel, grass and mild bitter notes and then a strong peppery finish. This is one oil you will notice in your salad or drizzled on a slice of pizza.
