Cilantro and Roasted Onion Corn Salad
- 4 Cups corn (cooked or roasted)
- 1 Bunch Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 Cup 18 Year Old Traditional Dark Balsamic
- salt and pepper
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss together well.
Note: this makes a great salad to bring to a backyard barbecue or get together.
