Dark Blueberry Balsamic Pancake Syrup
- 1 cup Blueberry Dark Balsamic
- 2 Cups fresh blueberries
- 2 Peaches, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Fresh lemon zest
- Splash of water
- Place all ingredients in a small pot. Turn heat on low and simmer until thickened.
- Use in place of maple syrup (this syrup can be made with any dark balsamic and any fruit).
