Dark Blueberry Balsamic Pancake Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Blueberry Dark Balsamic
  • 2 Cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 Peaches, cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Fresh lemon zest
  • Splash of water

 

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a small pot. Turn heat on low and simmer until thickened.
  2. Use in place of maple syrup (this syrup can be made with any dark balsamic and any fruit).
