Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk (use less if you prefer a thicker consistency)
- 1-2 tbsp high polyphenol olive oil
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings!
- Choose any of your favourite toppings that are in your cupboard!
- I.e., granola, dried fruit, almonds, walnuts, coconut shavings, dark chocolate chips, flax seed and chia seeds.
