Breakfast Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (use less if you prefer a thicker consistency)
  • 1-2 tbsp high polyphenol olive oil 


  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend. 
  • Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings! 


  • Choose any of your favourite toppings that are in your cupboard! 
  • I.e., granola, dried fruit, almonds, walnuts, coconut shavings, dark chocolate chips, flax seed and chia seeds.
