Post Workout Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water 
  • 2-3 tbsp high polyphenol extra virgin olive oil 

Instructions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. 
  2. Serve immediately.
