Denocciolato Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Italy)


This early harvest Italian Olive Oil is very fresh with green fruit flavours and a hint of nuttiness. There are notes of fresh cut grass, artichoke, tomato leaf, cinnamon and black pepper. A beautiful balance of fruitiness, bitterness and pungency make it extremely versatile for vinaigrettes, marinades and roasting. Unlike most Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Denocciolato oil is made by removing the olive pits before the press.
